Our 30-Day Calm Guarantee

We want you and your cat to love Movaro. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Either way, the Cat Calm & Longevity guide is yours to keep — our gift.

To be eligible for a return:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- For a Calm-Guarantee (satisfaction) return — the wrap genuinely didn't help calm your cat — the wrap may be gently used; we only ask that it comes back clean and in reusable condition, so the guarantee stays fair for everyone.
- For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in its original condition.

How to start a return
Email us at mylovee.store1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping — just send us a photo and we'll make it right (replacement or full refund).
- For change-of-mind or Calm-Guarantee (satisfaction) returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Exchanges (e.g. a different size)
Email mylovee.store1@gmail.com and we'll help you exchange for the right fit.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
